Larry is a professional engineer and has over 37 years of diversified experience in engineering and construction of Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Plumbing systems.  Hands on experience began while working in family owned Mechanical Contracting business at the age of 14 in 1971.

Larry currently serves as the president of UPPA, Long Beach and occasionally serves as an expert witness for construction legal.

Larry is a native from New York and enjoys fast Porsches!
